When comparing interviews, I found many similarities between the interwiews. Almost every person interviewed had similiar answers for the question "What is media?" Most answers were answers like tv, news, internet, phones, or any way that a person is able to learn about their surroundings and the world. Their answers all had something to do with communicating with others and the world.
There were many similarities between people who were the same age and there were also many similarities between people who were the same gender. Seniors that were interviewed all seemed to have very similar answers between interviews. Many answers that were similar with age were the answers to the question "How do the 'media' impact your life?" Many people answered saying the media impacts their life by influencing the things they do and their opinions on most things. Also, the answers that were from parents all seemed to very similar. Many parents had the same views on the media and how it impacts their lives and the lives of their children.
Many females shared the same views on many of the questions. They all seemed to agree that the media can affect their lives in a negative way by setting standards for them to follow no matter what age you are. Females all seemed to agree that the media is a huge part of their life and there is no way of getting around it.
The media impacts everyone's life; whether you notice it or not. It can either be negative or positive, but in the end it's in your life.
